Glazed Salmon
My husband Matthew came up with this marinade one day. He really doesn't know the exact measurements, he just tosses everything in a bowl and he's done. I tried to duplicate it one time and thought he added a little olive oil and garlic. He says no but, It was still good.

Prep Time: 1 Hour

Ingredients:2 Salmon fillets
Marinade: 2 TBSP Honey Mustard 1 TBSP Teriyaki Sauce 1 tsp Ginger paste 1/2 tsp Sesame Oil 1 tsp Chili paste (or to taste) |
Directions:Mix together all the marinade ingredients. Divide into 2 portions. Marinate Salmon with 1/2 the portion and reserve the rest to drizzle over the fish once it's cooked.
Marinate 1 hour or so in refrigerator. Cook Salmon on a hot grill for approx. 5 minutes per side or until done. Serve with steamed veggies and/or brown rice. |
