Go Green to be Lean
This recipe is derived from the smoothie that Juicy Jenny does in Atlanta. It is great for breakfast and will carry you through lunch. - Charles Morris

Ingredients:3 Kale leaves
Handful of baby Spinach leaves 1 Swiss chard leaf 2 TBS vanilla vega protein powder ½ Avocado peeled with pit removed ½ Banana peeled 4 Large cubes of frozen coconut water ½ Cup of cold almond milk |
Directions:Combine all ingredients in a high powered blender such as VitaMix and combine for 2 minutes or until full processed and smooth.
