Kale Chips

This salty, savory snack is a healthy substitute for potato chips. - Sheila Tyson

Prep Time: 2 Minutes
Cook Time:  15 Minutes
Servings:  6

Ingredients:

1 Bag Kale, washed and chopped
Olive Oil Spray
Sesame Seeds, 1-2 tablespoons
Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions:

Pre-heat oven to 300 degrees.
Line a metal baking sheet with parchment paper (optional).
Spread kale onto sheet.
Lightly spray with olive oil.
Sprinkle sesame seeds over kale, shaking pan lightly to make seeds stick to oil.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Bake 12--18 minutes, until desired consistency is reached--less for chewy, more for thinner.
Serve immediately, or cover and serve within a few hours.
May substitute for sesame seeds or add flax seed, almond slivers, or any other small crunchy food you like.
