Rules and Guidelines for Submissions
Submissions will be accepted from September 1, 2015 to September 30, 2015.
· Each employee can submit up to 3 entries for the recipe contest.
· The recipes should be healthy, easy to make and affordable.
· Each recipe should be a dish that the submitter has actually made.
· Please include preparation and cooking time as well as serving sizes.
· A picture of the finished product is encouraged.
Legal notice: By submitting recipes on the Morris Multimedia Wellness Website, the participant agrees that the recipe is an original and is not subject to copyright or licensing. The participant agrees that the recipe may be published in print and/or digitally.
